1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service provided by NiyamKavach AI Labs Private Limited ("NiyamKavach"), including VidyaSutra, Discipline-M, Bloometrics School Connect, and GEO Audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product-Specific Terms

Discipline-M

Discipline-M is a technology platform that enforces user-configured trading rules. It does NOT provide buy/sell signals, stock tips, or trading recommendations. It is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. All trading decisions are the user's own responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading in F&O involves substantial risk of loss.

VidyaSutra

VidyaSutra provides AI-generated strategic advice based on verified Arthashastra texts. While every response cites exact Book, Chapter, and Verse references, the advice is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

Bloometrics School Connect

Bloometrics is a school administration tool for managing parent-teacher meetings and developmental observations. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents before using the platform. NiyamKavach processes data on behalf of schools as a data processor under the DPDP Act, 2023.

GEO Audit

GEO Audit provides AI-powered website analysis and optimization recommendations. Audit results are generated using automated tools and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, results are advisory and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or AI citation outcomes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share broker API credentials (Discipline-M) or admin passwords (GEO Audit) with unauthorized parties. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Do not use automated systems to scrape or overload our services
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice
  • Do not use GEO Audit to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to audit

5. Intellectual Property

All products, code, designs, and content created by NiyamKavach are the intellectual property of NiyamKavach AI Labs Private Limited. The VidyaSutra knowledge base contains curated verses from publicly available translations of the Arthashastra, used for educational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

NiyamKavach provides its products "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses incurred while using Discipline-M, any decisions made based on VidyaSutra advice, any school administrative outcomes from Bloometrics, or any SEO/visibility outcomes from GEO Audit recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
