NiyamKavach AI Labs Private Limited ("NiyamKavach," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our products: VidyaSutra, Discipline-M, Bloometrics School Connect, and GEO Audit.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you register for any of our products.

Discipline-M: Trading activity data from connected broker accounts (Dhan API), trade history, behaviour scores, and P&L data. Broker credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never stored in plaintext.

VidyaSutra: User queries, saved responses, and usage patterns. We do not store your queries beyond session requirements unless you explicitly save them.

Bloometrics School Connect: Student developmental observations (entered by teachers), parent feedback, PTM scheduling data. All student data is processed in compliance with DPDP Act 2023.

GEO Audit: Website URLs submitted for analysis and the resulting audit reports. We do not store audit data beyond 30 days unless you request retention.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics collected via standard web technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-powered reports, coaching, and recommendations
  • To enforce trading rules and behaviour scoring (Discipline-M)
  • To generate developmental reports and facilitate PTM communication (Bloometrics)
  • To perform website audits and generate optimization reports (GEO Audit)
  • To communicate product updates and respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers essential to product functionality (Anthropic Claude API, Dhan broker API, Supabase, Vercel), (b) when required by law or regulatory authorities, and (c) with your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials, HTTPS for all data transmission, and secure cloud infrastructure. Broker API credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit.

6. Children's Data (Bloometrics)

Bloometrics School Connect processes developmental observation data for children aged 2-18, entered by authorized teachers and school administrators. This data is processed with explicit consent from educational institutions and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Parents can request access to or deletion of their child's data at any time.
