What we can't promise
Nobody can guarantee that an AI assistant will name your business. Answers vary from one run to the next, and each AI company decides its own ranking. What we can do is remove the reasons you are being left out, and measure the share of answers that name you.
Paid ads don't change the answer either. ChatGPT's ads appear below the answer, and OpenAI states that advertisers “have no ability to shape, rank, or alter ChatGPT's responses.” Claude and Perplexity carry no ads at all.

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?+
GEO is the work of making a business visible and cited in answers from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Traditional SEO aims for a ranked link on a results page; GEO aims for being named inside the answer itself.
How is GEO different from SEO?+
SEO optimises for a list of links. GEO optimises for what an AI assistant reads and repeats: whether it can access your site, whether it can tell which business you are, and whether the pages it trusts for your category mention you. Good SEO is the foundation GEO builds on, which is why we do both.
Do you do SEO as well?+
Yes. Much of the groundwork is shared: crawler access, titles and metadata, structured data and sitemaps help you rank on Google and help AI assistants read and trust your site. Our free audit includes a technical SEO review, and the GEO Fix implements those fixes.
Why isn't my business showing up in ChatGPT or other AI assistants?+
Usually one of three reasons: the assistant's search index does not contain your site; it cannot tell your business apart from others with a similar name; or the pages it reads for your category — directories, reviews and comparison articles — do not mention you. Our free audit checks the first two. The third is where most of the work is.
Can you guarantee that AI will recommend my business?+
No — and be wary of anyone who does. AI answers vary from one run to the next, and each AI company controls its own ranking. What we do is remove the reasons you are being left out, then measure how often you are named across a fixed set of real questions and work to increase it.
Can't I just buy ChatGPT ads instead?+
Ads and answers are separate. ChatGPT's ads appear below the answer and do not influence it, and Claude and Perplexity do not show ads at all. Ads can bring clicks, but they cannot make an AI assistant name you in its answer.
How long does GEO take?+
On-site fixes can be live within days, and search indexes usually pick them up within days to weeks. Being named for competitive questions depends on third-party mentions and reviews, which typically takes one to three months — and is never guaranteed.
