The Problem
When a phone is stolen, the first thing thieves do is remove the SIM card and power off the device. This immediately cuts all tracking capabilities, making recovery nearly impossible. Existing solutions rely on the phone being online — which thieves know to prevent.
Our Solution
Patent 1: SIM Lock
TEE-verified SIM access control that physically prevents SIM removal without biometric authentication. The mechanism is embedded at the hardware level.
Patent 2: Tracking Enclosure
A protective enclosure with independent GPS, cellular connectivity, and power source. Tracks location for 48-72 hours even if the phone is powered off.
